Situated on 420 hectares, this existing 18 hole golf course is located on the southern coast of Portugal. Mahan Rykiel Associates provided a preliminary Master Plan for a 150 room hotel, conference center, villas, condos and an additional 9 holes of golf.
MRA provided a leadership role, as part of an international design team, providing development programming, master planning and site design for this 17-mile-long island off the coast of Kuwait.
Wyman Park Dell, a 16-acre historic park, is one of the few parks in Baltimore fully conceived and designed by the Olmsted Brothers. The park is a significant resource for the surrounding neighborhood, institutions such as the Baltimore Museum of Art and Johns Hopkins University as well as for the City residents.
The Downtown Partnership of Baltimore (DPOB) and the City of Baltimore prepared a Downtown Strategic Plan to guide continued revitalization of Baltimore’s central business district. A critical focus of this plan was to identify a strategic approach to improving the public realm to help attract and retain employers, residents and visitors.
