During the Maryland Chapter ASLA Awards Gala we were honored to present our annual Diversity in Landscape Architecture Scholarship to Artemis Maziarski, a promising student and future leader in our field.
Created by Mahan Rykiel Associates, this $2,500 scholarship supports women and minority students pursuing a degree in landscape architecture—part of our ongoing effort to help close the diversity gap and uplift underrepresented voices in the profession.
For more than 40 years, Mahan Rykiel Associates has believed that diverse perspectives make design stronger and more meaningful. Founded by Catherine Mahan on the idea that women could successfully lead a design practice while raising a family, that spirit continues to guide our firm today.
