Working closely with a team of developers andarchitects, Mahan Rykiel created a landscape setting for this 31-acre lifestyle center. Locatedin North Carolina, the center provides enhanced venues for shoppers to enjoy at all times of the day. MRA was responsible for the streetscape design, plazas, and detailed planting for this complex of offices, boutiques, and multiplex cinema, most of which was over structure.

A main street/avenue layout connects the retail and landscape components of the center using consistent materials that link the various elements in an engaging and animated environment. Accent paving, fountains, and ample seating were designed to accommodate seasonal activities and special events held at this retail destination.
