530 First Street, a new mixed use development located within the Old Town North neighborhood of Alexandria, includes several open space amenities for residents and the surrounding community.

A public plaza anchors the retail offerings, with a central water feature and art element around which outdoor dining will be placed. Three individual roof top amenity decks will be offered to residents of the projects, which will offer pool spaces, activity terraces and informal garden areas.
